The Brisbane German Club, founded in 1883, and being the first host of Oktoberfest in Australia in 1975, knows a thing or two about how to have a good time. 

And every Skålleague is invited!

The Brisbane German Club’s Oktoberfest runs over four weekends in October, with Friday night, full day & night Saturday, and Sunday day sessions. Given that it is one of the few authentic Oktoberfest experiences in Australia, tickets are always in high demand and are generally experienced with up to 800 patrons at a time.

Skål International Brisbane however will be exclusively taking over the Bierhalle on Thursday 23 October 2025 for its regular monthly lunch event, a more ‘intimate’ affair without the massive crowds and hustle, but with a curated selection of the festival.

Two-hour beverage package including all of the German Club’s exclusive Oktoberfest Festbier and Munich taps, non alcoholic German Bier, local ginger beer & cider, house wines, and soft drinks.

Shared feast platters, including the Club’s famous pork knuckle and other menu favourites
